Talon, Nicole, and the staff are professional, punctual, and very reasonable. I was very impressed with the quick response and constant follow up from the time that I made the first call to when I picked up my boat. They kept me informed the entire time and made an effort to explain everything to me so that I could make an informed decision on the items to be done. Talon met with me on the day I took in my boat, and he walked me through each step of the process and encouraged me to ask questions and point out everything that I wanted done. After I picked up the boat, Talon took time to show me the old parts and showed me what he did on the boat. The attention to detail and great work is evident. I never felt pressured or like I was just a "number." Talon and Nicole made me feel like I was valued and part the Talon Marine family. I took out my boat the day I got it back, and the difference in performance and things that they fixed was obvious. I went to qet a quote to repower a Proline. Nicole was very kind and provided great service. Talon came over an explained in detail the different options. Plus the pros and cons of each. Even showed me the physical engines for me to have a better understanding. They are not a Mega Dealer. A little hiding to find. But I can see they offer a great service. I will definitely get my repower done with Talon.
